Linquisitor is a software service operated by IE Pavel Ageev. References in these Terms to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean IE Pavel Ageev. “Linquisitor” is a trading name of IE Pavel Ageev.

By accessing or using Linquisitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and IE Pavel Ageev.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use Linquisitor in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unauthorised use, including attempts to disrupt or misuse the service, is prohibited.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment and Subscription
Payments are processed securely via Paddle. We do not store payment card details. Subscription terms, including billing cycles, are presented during purchase. For applicable transactions, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and may handle billing, invoicing, tax, and buyer support on behalf of IE Pavel Ageev.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that Linquisitor will be available at all times or free from interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
Linquisitor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Linquisitor if you violate these Terms of Service or use the service in a way that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
