Linquisitor is a software service operated by IE Pavel Ageev. References in these Terms to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean IE Pavel Ageev. “Linquisitor” is a trading name of IE Pavel Ageev.

By accessing or using Linquisitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and IE Pavel Ageev.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Linquisitor in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use or access is prohibited.

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Payment and Subscription

Payments are processed securely via Paddle. We do not store payment card details. Subscription terms, including billing cycles, are presented during purchase. For applicable transactions, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and may handle billing, invoicing, tax, and buyer support on behalf of IE Pavel Ageev.

5. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service but do not guarantee availability at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Linquisitor is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia.
